The Platinum is a non-smoking condo/hotel building just two blocks off the Strip behind Bally's Casino. The Platinum is the best value going as prices are the lowest in Las Vegas. If you want to live there as a resident it's an additional $750 a month over what the HOA fee is. What do we like about the Platinum?
Platinum has a restaurant, lounge, rooftop banquet room, pool and spa and fitness center. It's close to the strip, non-smoking, always clean with friendly staff and good security. The one bedrooms are large and it's only a 10 minute walk to the heart of the strip.
