I am an experienced agent who has lived in Summerlin my entire Real Estate Career.  My wife and I have raised 4 children who all attended various schools in the Summerlin school district.  All now college grads with successful careers.  We totally enjoy the lifestyle that Summerlin offers.

I can help you buy or sell your primary residences, second homes, investment properties or vacation homes in Las Vegas.   In addition to selling  Homes I have been a very active agent selling High-Rise condos on the strip. I am a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist RSPS.  Accredited by NAR  National Association of Realtors as well a an ABR  Designee  Accredited Buyers Representative.

I have been cultivating a strong clientele base and reputation since 2002 in The Las Vegas market.  I began my Real Estate career after 16 years in the corporate world as a Director of Operations for a Fortune 500 company.  My real-world experience, BA in Marketing and developmental training have all come together to help me to be a top producer in the Las Vegas Real estate market.  I have consistently been a leader in real estate sales. As a result of my work ethic, extensive real world experience and market knowledge, I am consistently sought out not only by buyers and sellers, but by other local agents to help them.

As your ABR Representative,  I can make the process of house hunting much easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself. I can help you contact lenders,  help you determine your budget, and prioritize a list of essential features that you need in your next home. I'll save you valuable time by finding the properties that best suit your requirements, and will show you only the most promising ones that fit your needs in a productive manner.   Once you've found a property you want I  look at comparable sales  and market trends to help you determine a correct offer price and negotiate on your behalf with the sellers agent.

My job is not done there, I will open escrow for you, Keep you abreast of time line contingencies. I will guide you through the Duties Owed form, Residential disclosure guide, Buyers disclosure form,  wire fraud disclosure,  Sellers Real Property Disclosure,  home inspections, repair request, preliminary title reports, HOA policy and procedures & CCnRs. Finally , once all contingencies are met and repairs are done  I will assist you in the final walk thru.  Once closed I will send you a copy of the deed we get from title along with the keys to your new home.  Congratulations !
